How can I book an event?

Fill out the contact form here & we will get back to you within 2 business days. From there, we will discuss your event & an invoice will be sent to you. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date & the remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
NOTICE: If the deposit is not paid your event is not scheduled in our calendar.

How does the rental process work?

All of our rentals are for same day delivery/pickup; your rental term is the scheduled time between delivery & pickup. Rentals are subject to a delivery & pickup fee. Rentals must be available & ready for pickup during the scheduled pickup time. All of our rentals require a valid state DL to be kept on file of the person that signs the rental contract agreement. Whoever signs for the rentals is liable for all damages to the rental equipment, including up to the full replacement value of the rental.

Our normal delivery/pickup time is anytime between 7:00AM-10:00PM. Additional delivery charges will apply for late &/or next-day pickups.

Do you deliver? Do you travel?

We do- to both! We serve the Gulf Coast Region from Biloxi, MS to Pensacola, FL. We are local to the Mobile, Alabama & locals will incur a small delivery fee. For anything further, contact us for travel fees.

What do you use to hang your balloon garlands?

For indoor installs, we use clear adhesive hooks on top of painters tape which is safe to use on painted walls & can easily be removed without any sticky residue or paint loss. We will give a tutorial on how to properly remove the tape & hooks at the installation site. Due to wind & other elements, outside installs require stronger reinforcement. We use hooks that are safe for bricks, vinyl, wood, hardy plank, tin, & concrete. If you do not have anything to attach the balloons to or your facility does not allow anything to be attached to the walls- contact us! We have several stands to rent or we can get creative with the space that you have (don’t worry- some of our best installs were hung from a tree!)

How much do you charge for balloon garlands?

We charge $15 p/ft & that includes the installation fees. Our balloon sizes will range depending on the length of garland purchased. Foil themed balloons, floral, greenery, streamers, 3ft balloons, & other add-ons are an additional charge.

Can you set up balloons the day before?

Yes! Inside, our installs can last up to 6 weeks in air-conditioned temperatures and outside installs can last up to a week depending on weather, heat & color variation (darker colors absorb more heat & pop faster than lighter colors). We only use high-quality balloons that are 100% natural latex, not plastic. Our latex balloons are eco-friendly and are 100% biodegradable.
